Oliver Schwabe, co-founder and Chief Technology Officer
Since 1981, Oliver has been involved in organizational change management with a special focus on the interactions of people, processes, organizations and technology from systemic perspectives. He has focused continually on developing new technologies and research approaches to uncover and visualize hidden value in organizations.

Oliver has lead the development and delivery of value networks applications and qualification programs since 2001. Professionally he has designed, developed and delivered a wide range of technology projects and consulting services for Fortune 500 companies across the globe. In addition, he helps organizations develop their knowledge economy capabilities and master the challenge of business transitions, based on the principles of systems thinking,
complexity science and knowledge management.

Oliver holds an M.B.A. in International Business from Keller Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Human Resources Management from the New School for Social Research in New York. He is an adjunct Professor for Innovation and Technology at Jones International University in Colorado and teaches at the Open University Business School in the United Kingdom.
