The solution is provided as a per product Prediction Report generated by and accessible through the ValueNetworks.com application Enterprise Edition. Click an on-screen button to generate a Prediction Report that lists open cases in your workflow system that are predicted to fail to meet configured Service Level Agreement or performance thresholds, prioritizes these cases, and provides suggested interventions.
The Prediction Report can be configured to support multiple products. Access can be provided to unlimited licensed users. The Prediction Report also can be implemented for more than 10 products in a custom server configuration installed as either a SaaS solution or inside the firewall.
