Action learning collaborative projects 
Build competency and get business results fast with collaborative action learning projects. In small groups, quickly execute your first value network project. Kick off your project with an on-site intensive to learn the value networks basics and launch the project. Virtual coaching completes the process.
Within a few weeks, participants have a showcase value network project and receive our ValueNet Works® Practitioner Qualification. Our application makes it fast and easy for people to collaborate in visualizing and analyzing both simple and complex value networks.

ValueNet Works® Practitioner Qualification Test Only
You may qualify as a ValueNet Works™ Practitioner by passing our Qualification Test, which is based on the online book Value Networks and the True Nature of Collaboration. The fee entitles you to three attempts to pass the test.

ValueNet Works® Advanced Practitioner and Facilitator Training
The Advanced ValueNet Works Practitioner and Facilitator qualification package includes the fee for the basic Qualification Test, a one-year license to the ValueNet Works application, and personal coaching for eight weeks to complete your first Value Network Analysis (VNA) project. Coaching is delivered virtually.

Group Qualification
We also offer in-house training for groups. Large companies often have internal consulting teams who provide services in organizational development or Lean Manufacturing. The ValueNet Works method integrates beautifully with other organizational performance tools and methods. We can train your own internal team of facilitators and analysts. In the course of supporting a value network project we often qualify two to four members of the Project Team as qualified practitioners of the ValueNet Works methodology and in the use of the ValueNet Works application.

Who are good candidates for qualification?
The most promising candidates for the “deep dive” into the method and qualification will be people who are experienced facilitators for business problem solving and who have an aptitude for visual representation. At a minimum they would have the following skill set:
Broad understanding of business issues, language, and processes Training and experience in meeting facilitation and active listening skills Comfort with visual mapping and modeling Ease using programs such as Visio® and PowerPoint® and Excel®-type spreadsheets
Additional background that is helpful:
Familiarity with systems thinking and/or organizational development Familiarity with business process analysis (lean, six sigma, total quality, etc.) Aptitude for business modeling methods Confident in learning new methods, applications, and programs
